Do I need to register to book an experience?

No, you do not need to register to book one of the activity available on TOUNAC. We only ask for your full name and email during the payment of an experience.

Is my payment secure on TOUNAC?

Yes all your payments are 100% secure. We use the bookingkit technology which is highly recognized and entirely safe.

What are the payment methods accepted?

All the payment methods are supported: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Ɯberweisung, GiroPay, iDEAL, coupons.

When does the payment become effective?

The payment becomes effective immediately. If there is any cancellation from the activity provider, the amount will be credited back to your original account.

Do I get a confirmation email after the booking?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after booking. You will be able to find the ticket to access the experience, the confirmation of payment, the contact information of the activity provider and all the relevant information about the activity.

Can I modify/cancel my booking?

Yes you can cancel or modify the activity according to the suppliers policy. Each vendor has its own terms that you can find during the booking. After the booking confirmation you will be put directly in touch with them. For any issue or assistance you can contact us at ...@tounac.com

How can I get information about the activity?

All the information is available on the description page of each activity. Moreover, a recap of the booking is available in the confirmation as well as the contact information of the activity provider.

What to do if I did not get the confirmation mail?

If you did not receive the confirmation mail, please contact our support team at this address: service@tounac.com

What to do if I have an unexpected event before the activity?

If any unexpected events happen before the time of the activity please inform as soon as possible the activity provider. The contact information will be available in the confirmation email after your booking.

Do I absolutely need to print my ticket to access the activity?

Your access will be sent to you in the confirmation email. You can either print it or keep it in your phone. You have to present it to the activity provider the day of the experience.

What to do if I deleted the confirmation email?
